Photo Shoots on the Farm

A one-of-a-kind experience

Grab your family, friends, and a camera to take one-of-a-kind photos on our farm!  

Our booking process is so incredibly simple. Our fee of $30 includes a private 20 minute slot that allows you to use any and all of our backdrops, including both seasonal set-ups or natural. A professional photographer and camera is not provided, so we recommend that you bring a friend or relative to capture your photos on a camera or cell phone. We do have an amateur photographer with a professional camera available for booking at an additional cost of $20 per 20 minute slot.  If you are interested in this option please book your slot and then reach out to us to confirm availability. The photographer will be solely devoted to you / your party for your designated time slot. You will receive all photos taken via email (unedited). You will own all rights to them. 

We do book photography sessions year-round, but if you are only interested in a flower backdrop the session(s) will likely need to be booked from July – September when the fields are abundantly in bloom. 


We LOVE seeing our farm through your eyes! We want you to have fun and enjoy all our farm has to offer, however, we do request that you follow a few guidelines when visiting.

RULES: 


-Each participant will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to your session. If we do not have this on file you will not be able to participate. Our waiver will be sent to your email address after booking your session, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party sign and email the form back or bring it with them to the farm on your booked date.  No exceptions!

-All photo sessions are booked in 20 minute increments. It is important that you arrive on time as other sessions may be booked for the following slots. Please be kind and wait in our parking area for your session to begin if another session is in progress.


-The price of the booking does not include cutting flowers when they are in bloom. If you would like to have cut flowers as part of your photography session, please arrange to pay for a bouquet in advance or pick up one from our self-serve farm stand on the weekends. 

-Each time slot can have a maximum of 6 participants. Have a friend group of 6? Yep, if you split it that only comes out to $5 per person! For groups over 6, please add an additional $5 per person. 


- No live animals. The price of booking does not include up-close photos handling our livestock.

- Need more time? You are welcome to book multiple sessions back to back. If you anticipate needing several hours please contact us to block off a day/time. 


-No animals/pets unless approved by us BEFORE the session. We LOVE all animals, but we have our own farm dogs and livestock that live here, too! 


-Professional photographers are welcome, but are required to provide us with proof of liability insurance. 


- All ticket sales are final. If you are not able to make it to the event you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else - just please let us know so that we can update our booking information and send out liability waivers. 


- Our photo sessions are rain or shine, except in the case of severe thunderstorms. In the case of severe weather we hold the right to cancel and/or reschedule photo shoots at our discretion. In the event that we need to cancel we will do our best to reschedule for the next or closest day with safe weather. We will provide a “rain date” for all photo session days. Please make sure you are able to attend the “rain date”, as we will not be able to refund your ticket if you cannot. In the event that the original date is cancelled due to severe weather, your time slot will stay the same and transfer to the rain date.
